Withdrawal Problems — What to Check
The usual reasons a withdrawal is delayed or rejected, in the order worth checking, and what to do when the app's own support does not resolve it.

A withdrawal that has not arrived is usually explained by one of a handful of things. They are listed here in the order worth checking, because the most common causes are also the easiest to fix.
Check these first in this orderCheck these first, in this order
1. Has enough time actually passed?
Withdrawals typically take a few hours to 72 hours, and longer over weekends and bank holidays. A payment that is 12 hours old is normal, not late. Check the processing time your app states before assuming anything is wrong.
2. Is KYC complete and approved?
Not merely submitted — approved. Documents under review will hold a withdrawal indefinitely, often without an obvious notification. This is the single most common cause. See KYC verification.
3. Is a bonus still being cleared?
If you accepted a bonus, funds stay locked until the wagering requirement is met. A ₹1,500 bonus at 20x requires ₹30,000 of turnover — which is easy to be part-way through without realising. Check the bonus progress screen. See bonuses and wagering.
4. Do the names match?
Your gaming account name, your KYC documents and your bank account must all match. A middle name present on one and absent on another is enough to cause a rejection.
5. Are you above the minimum, and within the daily limit?
Most apps set a minimum withdrawal and a daily or weekly cap. A request below the minimum may silently fail.
6. Are the bank details correct?
An IFSC or account number that is one character wrong will fail after a delay rather than immediately, because it is rejected by the banking system rather than the app.

Contact the app's support with your withdrawal reference, the amount, the date and time, and the payment method. Ask specifically what state the withdrawal is in and what is required to release it. Keep the conversation inside the app where possible, so there is a record.
Give it a reasonable window. Support typically responds within 24–48 hours.
Escalate through your bank if the operator says the payment was sent but nothing arrived. Ask your bank to trace the UTR or transaction reference the operator provides.
Warning signsWarning signs
Some of these are genuinely serious. If you see any, stop depositing immediately:
- You are asked to pay a fee to release your own withdrawal. This is never legitimate. The requested amount is usually small relative to the balance being held, which is exactly what makes people pay it.
- You are asked for a PIN, password, CVV or OTP. No operator needs these, ever.
- Support stops responding once a withdrawal is requested, having responded before.
- The withdrawal minimum or the terms change after you have accumulated a balance.
- You are told to keep playing, or to deposit more, before a withdrawal can be processed.
Tell usTell us
If an app in our directory is not paying out, we want to know. Report it with the app name, what happened and roughly when.
We check every report and remove listings that no longer meet the standard in how we verify apps. We cannot recover your money — we are a directory, not an operator, and we have no access to any account — but we can stop sending other people to the same app.
That page is also worth reading for what our checks do and do not cover before you deposit anywhere.
Common questions
Why is my withdrawal pending?
In order of likelihood: not enough time has passed, KYC is submitted but not approved, a bonus wagering requirement is unmet, names do not match across your account and bank, you are below the minimum, or the bank details contain an error.
What if an app asks me to pay a fee to release a withdrawal?
That is never legitimate. No operator charges you to release your own money. The requested amount is usually small relative to the balance being held, which is what makes people pay it.
Can you recover my money from an app?
No. We are a directory, not an operator — we have no access to any account and cannot release a payment. We can remove a listing that is not paying out, and we want reports of it.
